Emma Long City Park is not only a famous off-road site, it borders on the infamously tough. Austin's offroading is largely designed for the motorbike over the ATV - windy, narrow, rough trails. You'll find gentler areas, however, or, at least, areas that give the beginning off-roader more of a fighting chance.
