Black Creek Campground

A boat ramp, picnicking, tent camping, and sanitary facilities are available. Boating and fishing are allowed on the 30-acre lake. This is also the trailhead for a 4-mile-long hiking trail to Cottonwood Lake.

 Directions

From Decatur, travel north-west on US 81/287 41/2 miles, turn right on CR 2175 at the rest area, cross over railroad tracks, go 1 mile and turn left on Old Decatur Road. Go 4 miles, turn right on CR 2372; then, go 2 miles and turn left on CR 2461 for 1/2 mile. After crossing a bridge; turn left (west) on Forest Service Road 902 to the recreation area.
