Guide to Birding in Texarkana

Texarkana is nearly an eastern birding destination and has some species just not too commonly found throughout Texas, including the Fish Crow and the Baltimore Oriole. Some Bald Eagles are here as well. Other interesting species include the Black Vulture, the Purple Martin, the Cliff and Barn Swallow, the Red-eyed Vireo, the Great-crested Flycatcher, the Killdeer, and the Northern Mockingbird.
