Guadalupe Mountains National Park - Hiking

The Guadalupe Mountains has no end of hiking trails, many of them really rather epic in length. These long trails allow for an unparalleled "overview" of the park and some of them, such as the Permian Reef Trail, allow the dedicated hiker to see rare and spectacular sights. The short trails are also very popular, however, and for good reason - the McKittrick Canyon Nature Trail, for example, winds neatly and beautifully into the forest of the canyon.
