Austin - Boating

The Highland Lakes are situated around Austin in a glittering, curved line. These lakes, of which Travis is the largest and perhaps the best suited for boating, are large lakes popular with tourists and locals alike. Although recreation is big on the Highland Lakes, they remain clean and healthy. Watch for deer along the shores.
