Austin - Hiking

Austin is filled with all manner of parks and greenbelts. Few cities comfortably fold waterfalls within their limits and few cities comfortably fold small mountains within their parks. You can leave Austin to explore the Hill Country's even less cultivated stretches, but Austin itself is almost incomparably lush and wild in its parklands.
