Hill Country

	The picturesque Hill Country of Texas is made up of roughly 14 towns. Rolling hills and valleys mark the landscape, with many, many trees along the rivers and lakes. Not many expect to find this oasis in the middle of the flat, barren Texas countryside. The towns are peaceful, small and charming, each with unique characteristics.

San Antonio		Population: 1.2 million

	Located in southern-central Texas, San Antonio is at the heart of a multi-cultural crossroads, blending the Old West and New World. Native American, Mexican, German, African-American, Western and Southern influences are evident throughout the city, in the historic districts, architecture, museums, galleries and restaurants.

Waco		Population: 115,000

	Like Dallas, Waco has a restored warehouse district and revitalized downtown, but without all the hustle and bustle. Once you get away from the highway, Waco's natural beauty is imminent. Large trees line the rivers and the leaves turn a variety of colors in the fall.
